Full Time & Part Time positions available

Bicoastal Media is accepting applications for an Office/Traffic Coordinator to work in the Albany, Oregon office. Candidates must be detail oriented, creative, driven, excel in a multi-tasking environment, team oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, possess strong computer skills, and a problem solver. This position will include working with a data entry software program, office administrative work and interacting with the general public. Candidates must have a working knowledge of office based programs and equipment.

Responsibilities Include:
• Daily use of software to schedule advertising buys and commercials
• Data and order entry
• Preparation and maintenance of reports
• Collaborating with management, sales staff and production staff
• Reception and office administrative work
